About Me:

Hello there, my name is Rachel!

What I can say about myself is that I love to draw with pencils (especially 0.7mm mechanical pencils!) and I love the "everyday" stuff of life. Seemingly ordinary moments that become "extraordinary" with enough imagination and creativity, these are what I'm usually focused on in my artwork.

 

Having grown up in southern Alberta, I love integrating the quiet beauty of the Prairies in my drawings, and my favourite subjects to draw are grain elevators, classic trucks, and birds!

Other than that, I do also enjoy a good bit of science fiction & fantasy!

 

I graduated from the Alberta University of the Arts in 2025 with a Bachelor of Design in Character Design and Illustration, and I've done commission work on a variety of projects since 2019.
